A Very Vintage Bridal Shower

When my sister asked me to help her put together a bridal shower for one of her closest friends, I was thrilled! No matter how many events I plan, I am always extremely honored anytime someone asks me to help them plan a special day for either themselves or a loved one.

Putting this shower together was so much fun! We purchased over 100 place settings of vintage mismatched china just for this event. I tried to keep everything else, including the the floral arrangements, very simple so that the china could stand out.

We used fun wood silverware, paper straws, Mason jars and string lights to really add to the fun vintage feel. Since the bride is very passionate about cooking, we asked each guest to bring a dish to share, along with the recipe on a special card we provided, so that she could use the recipes later.

It was such an honor to help plan this event. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed putting this event together!
