The Repurpose Design Series – Mismatched Doorknob Hooks
Hey guys! I am going to keep this post short and sweet. I am on vacation at my Nana’s this week, and I wont even lie – I was totally unprepared for this week’s #salvageswagger post (See Week 1 and Week 2 here). Not to worry though, I pulled it together and photographed a little area that I have been planning to share with you guys (the night before we left)…it all worked out! 😉
I thought this might be the perfect week to show you all the mudroom at my mom’s house that I have been helping her with. My mom and I picked out the cutest pillows and decor items for this sweet little area. We also had so much fun hunting for mismatch doorknobs to use as hooks, which cost about $17 total (after much hunting!) to add a bit of character to this space.
I absolutely LOVE how this space turned out, and I adore all of the character that the vintage doorknobs add – I hope you do too!
As I am sure you can tell, this area is still under construction (hence the missing trim around the windows!) but, it will be done soon. I can’t wait to share more when everything is complete!
Please swing on over and take a look at the blogs of the other amazing ladies involved in this series. If you want to see some amazing projects (often on a budget!!), look no further! I know you will love these sweet ladies as much as I do!

Just found your blog through Annie’s post in this series and I’m already totally inspired! This idea is so genius! Love that you were able to find a way to use the beautiful doorknobs. Your mom is lucky to have a creative daughter 🙂
